Advantages:

Хозяин быстро ответил и подтвердил бронь. Лёгкость заселения и выселения. В квартире чисто и достаточно уютно, просторно. В большинстве своем все необходимое есть. Удобный диван и хороший комплект белья. Удобная парковка. Вид из окон отличный. Инфраструктура очень близкая

Disadvantages:

Отсутствие штор в комнате. Проблемы с сантехникой в ванной: под самой ванной отвалилась самодельная подставка под трубой, что привело к затоплению ванной, а также края ванной не загерметизированы и пропускают воду при принятии душа.
